When you think of late 80s hummel, you probably think of Denmark. You should also think of Real Madrid.

Condition details: This shirt has a lovely smooth feel throughout with only the slightest of pulls consistent with age. The purple detailing on the sleeves, collar and cuffs shine bright against the white base and the crest is in great shape.
The only things to note are some fading to the hummel logo, and similar fading to the internal labels.

Real Madrid have been working with adidas for the better part of a quarter of a century, but before the Three Stripes, and even before a popular stint with Kelme, Real were partnered with hummel.
The shirt lovers' favourites were a superb match in the capital, with masterful looks that majored on patterned fabrics and the extensive use of hummel’s famous on the sleeves. At a time when hummel were kings of the football shirt world (Denmark ‘88 anyone?), Real Madrid were the beneficiaries.
Like many a good 80s or 90s shirt, the sleeves are the start of the show. hummel’s chevrons are as iconic as adidas’ three stripes, or Kappa’s often repeated Omini logo, and the purple chevrons adorn the sleeves of this Real shirt in a beautiful way. The fact you get even more chevrons with the long sleeves in the cherry on top.
